Reserve a 10-by-10 space per station plus two dedicated 120V outlets to run the flash dryers. We arrive with presses, ink, garments, tables, and crew — ballroom, booth, or lawn, it all runs fine.
A two-to-four-week runway is plenty. Gear stays staged between shows, and we've turned Orlando dates around in under a week — short notice is still worth asking.
